The more you expend your energy over somebody else’s issue, the more you concoct fearful energies that may go against what you really want as an outcome. You may have expectations about how others should treat you, but your rumination about these drains your energy–the same energy that you should be managing to your advantage.
The remnants of the past may still live well around your aura. But as you feed it with could-have-beens and what-ifs, you strengthen the energetic bond between the two of you. And that sucks if your person has already let go of the situation.
