Saying no to things that do nothing but take useful energy from you is almost the same as progressing forward. Once you get rid of energy-draining activities, then you could refocus on things that matter. As a result, that will bring you to alignment with what you truly want.
When you are clear with what you don’t need, others would know where to stand. As a result, they will not be able to take away from you that “productive” energy. At the same time, if you are not clear about your own boundaries, it causes confusion, resentment, and energetic cords are planted.
