It’s time to have fun (if not rest), dear one. Do something to change your energy, so you can allow yourself to be cleared off resistance, anxiety, or feeling burned out. The simplest form of shifting your energy and doing it quickly is to put some music and dance along with it. Let that 9 of Pentacles card remind you about enjoyment.

If you are wondering how you can turn off that overthinking switch, find something to do which requires more attention. That means the secret is to trick your mind into doing something else, if not identify what brings you joy.

Anything mundane that’s repetitive becomes meditative. On the other hand, anything that brings you joy raises your vibration. Raising your vibration may sound like a tedious task, but you can actually do it without spending anything. 

It’s okay to feel. It’s okay to bask in ‘negative’ emotions. Embrace it. Own it. But lingering is a whole new thing–it may drag you down into that quicksand, and it will be extremely challenging to get out. Trick your mind to slough off heavy energies, just like pretending that downhill is not your thing.

“It will soon be over” has been an overused phrase, but everything remains stagnant if you don’t take a step. Turn on your favorite music and move your body along with it, if you don’t want to think about “taking a step”. It’s in your hands, really.
